With the pandemic continuing bi meets are still happening online instead mostly via Zoom.
As well as the meets we have some support tips:
- MIND - who were one of the first mental health projects to do bi inclusive work - have
a page on coronavirus and your mental wellbeing here. - Mental Health Foundation have advice on that subject too, here.
- Men's mental health charity CALM have evening phone and web chat support daily.
- There's the CAB for advice on things like managing money, here.
- And Birmingham LGBT centre have some ideas for those feeling horny under lockdown!
